16mm Stainless Steel stem with semi-fixed base ( wil only swivel Not tilt & the base can not come off )

Mainly used conveyor systems and larger tables and food machinery where cost is an important. The stems are made of 304 or 316 grade stainless steel . The bases are made of solid Polypropylene in bolt down 80mm or 105mm.
